Project Healthy Minds is returning to Spring Studios this October for our annual World Mental Health Day Gala (Oct 8) and Festival (Oct 10)! Prepare for inspiring conversations and unique experiences. The Gala will honor leaders like Chris Barbin, Nespresso, and Bill Lawrence, hosted by Carson Daly. Our free Festival, the world's largest, features Karl-Anthony Towns, Terry Crews, Jonathan Haidt, plus breathwork, fitness, and puppy yoga. A landmark event for mental health awareness.
